The README file contains the following information:

  * the differences between ME10 version 04.20 and version 04.12
  * general information on ME10 version 04.20

ME10 version 04.20 requires at least HP-UX version 8.0. To check
whether you have a proper HP-UX 8.0 version log in as the root user, set
the current directory to the directory where the ME10 software is
installed (for example /me10), and type in what_hpux.

Information about known problems can be found in the Software Status
Bulletin (SSB). The SSB is sent quarterly to those customers that
    have an update service.

There is an additional README file on the HP-DMS server tape that
contains information about changes and new modules for HP-DMS.

  o ME10 code size

The code size of ME10 version 04.20 has decreased by about 1.6 MB
compared to the previous version. This is due to the fact that ME10
version 04.20 has been compiled and linked with HP-UX version 8.0
using shared libraries. At run time, only the graphics libraries
that are really needed are activated.

o Support of new graphics hardware

The following new graphics hardware is supported from ME10 version
    04.20 on:

      Driver Description

hpgcrx HP 2D Accelerated Color CRX
(supported on the HP9000/425s and HP9000/425t)

hpevrx HP EVRX 2D Color (16", 19" monitor)
		  (supported on the HP9000/425e)

  o RFA obsoleted in HP-UX 8.0

Starting with HP-UX 8.0 remote file access (RFA, netunam command in
shells and ME10) is no longer supported.
